Account responsibility
An adult must create and manage the account, provide accurate information and keep login details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Practice service
ElevenSprint provides original, independent practice in a GL-style 11+ format. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by GL Assessment, a school, local authority or another exam provider. Practice content, scores and estimated performance are learning aids, not predictions or guarantees of an examination or admission result.
Acceptable use
You may use the service and printable papers for personal family learning. Do not resell content, share account access outside your household, interfere with the service, automate bulk extraction or present ElevenSprint content as official examination material.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruption or an occasional content defect may occur. We may correct content, improve features or change availability where reasonably necessary. Report a questionable item through Support so it can be reviewed.
Plans and payments
Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan and are shown before purchase. Any renewal, cancellation and refund terms presented during checkout form part of these terms. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access where these terms are materially breached, the service is misused or security requires it. Account and learner-data requests can be sent to Support.
Contact
Questions can be sent to support@elevensprint.com or through our support form.
